New Warehouse to Shorten Delivery Time, Improve Customer Experience

AUSTIN, TX - Affordable Jerseys, a leading reseller of officially licensed Major League Baseball merchandise, has entered into an agreement with WCB Warehouse to provide fulfillment services.

"As a third-party logistics and fulfillment company that works with a variety of clientele, WCB Warehouse is well-versed in tracking, inventory control, and fulfillment. Their reputation as a reliable fulfillment provider paired with their capabilities around integration with our technology stack made working with WCB a no-brainer," shared Andrew J. Chapin, CEO of Benja Incorporated (parent company of Affordable Jerseys).

The announcement comes on the heels of a best-ever sales year for the three-year old merchandise re-seller, and will enable the company to expand its offering to new product types, and sports leagues.

But above all, Chapin says, this was a move to address its largest piece of customer feedback: poor shipping time. "There were too many instances where a customer was waiting an inappropriate amount of time for an order. We're sorry for that," Chapin said, "With this move, we expect all jerseys, including those hard-to-find jerseys with custom work to be done, to be at the customer's doorstep inside of ten days. In many cases, we'll have jerseys arriving in two or three days."

WCB Warehouse shipped their first Affordable Jerseys packages this week, with all orders shipping through the warehouse by November 1, 2019.

About AffordableJerseys.com: Affordable Jerseys was founded by rabid baseball fans in 2017. The San Francisco-based crew had grown frustrated by lack of player selection, high prices, inconsistent offerings, and a closet full of previously-traded Oakland Athletics players many friends were stuck with. Armed with the relationships of parent company Benja Incorporated and a hungry crew, Affordable Jerseys launched a jersey shop with hard-to-find players, fair prices, jerseys that look like they should, and a player trade guarantee.
